Cat Bernardi is a multi award-winning jazz vocalist, composer, arranger and educator from Mississauga, Ontario. She studied Jazz Vocals and Theatre at Humber College and YorkU. Her ‘crystalline’ voice and ‘timeless’ style have led her to stages all around Ontario, Quebec and Italy. She has performed in jazz festivals around the GTA, and was the 2019 TD Toronto Jazz Hotspot Feature in the Downtown Markham Music Festival.


Cat has recorded two EPs: Minor Ballad/ Major Romance (2014) –featured on Jazz FM 91.1– and ‘Let’s Get Cozy’ (2020), supported by Mississauga Arts’ Council’s 2020MicroGrant Award. Let’s Get Cozy’s title track was a Top 4 pick in Canadian Beats’ “Weekly Beatdown” and featured in Tinnitist magazine. Cat just finished producing and performing "Volare"--a concert celebrating Italian Heritage Month this June, supported by the City of Mississauga's Culture Division Live Music Grant. She also just released a brand new single "Mona Lisa" this June, supported by the MAC MicroGrant award. Stream it on all digital platforms!
