Andrea Trentadue
Television Host, Festival Italiano di Johnny Lombardi
Andrea has been hosting CHIN TV’s Festival Italiano di Johnny Lombardi for over 20 years, one of the longest running Live TV Programs in Canada. Every Sunday, Andrea is joined by viewers from across the country to celebrate a love for all things Italian. She has interviewed many guests, including Members of Government, Chiefs of Police, artists, actors, musicians, local entrepreneurs; however, some of her most inspiring are her conversations with members of grass roots charities and local fundraisers.
Andrea is passionate and dedicated to her community and viewers, attending and giving of her time hosting many charitable events and gala’s; the Caritas Project, Thalassemia Foundation, Parker’s Journey, CIBPA Ladies Auxiliary, Alternatives, Sick Kids Telethon, Canadian Opera Volunteer Committee and the Italian Walk of Fame, to name a few.
She is the recipient of the SHAW Cable award and bursary 1996 for the continuation of media studies, The Jackie Rosati Media Award 2012, The Pugliese dell'Anno Award 2014 and in 2018 was a recipient of the Art and Entertainment Award awarded by the Brilliant Minded Women Foundation.
