Calling all pasta lovers!
The 2026 Italfest Pasta Eating Contest is your chance to prove you're the ultimate pasta enthusiast. Watch as ten competitors go head-to-head on the Main Stage, tackling generous servings of pasta in a spirited challenge of speed and stamina. The winner will be crowned this year's Pasta Prodigy. Sign up, show up hungry, and get ready for one of the tastiest events of the festival!
The winner will receive a prize. All contestants must sign a waiver form before participating in the contest. Waiver forms will be available at the Palma Pasta booth and must be submitted before 2:15 pm. Participants must be 16 years or older.
