Media accreditation for Mississauga ITALFEST 2017 is now open.
To submit your request for accreditation, fill out the form below.
Only working media representing accredited media companies will be considered. All media must complete and submit the proper accreditation form and any required documentation to be considered for accreditation.
The deadline to complete the accreditation form and submit support materials is August 11, 2017.
If you are being accompanied by a photographer or videographer, or other colleague, we must receive an individual application for each member of your team. Anyone seeking photography credentials must specify on the application as these can not be issued on-site.
No freelance photographers. We will only grant photo passes for those shooting for accredited media outlets. We have a limited number of photo passes and cannot guarantee that everyone will receive photo accreditation.
Should you have any questions regarding the accreditation process or about Mississauga ITALFEST, please feel free to contact the Media team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Mississauga ITALFEST reserves the right to withdraw accreditation of journalists from media organizations who abuse the privileges so extended, or put the accreditation to improper use, or act in a way that is not consistent with the principles of professionalism of their employers or Mississauga ITALFEST.
Mississauga ITALFEST reserves the right to approve or deny any accreditation requests. Completing the online form does not guarantee your accreditation to the festival. We will notify you regarding your accreditation if your application is successful.
If you are a member of the media and would like to request an interview in advance of the festival with a Mississauga ITALFEST representative or an artist appearing at the event, please email us at email@example.com.
Any requests for on-site interviews must be included on your accreditation application form.
Only those accredited as photojournalists or videographers will receive permission to bring professional cameras into the entertainment area. Access to the photo pits will only be granted to those properly accredited and at the appointed time.
Please note that Media Passes do not provide you with access to any photo pits as these spaces are reserved specifically for photojournalists and videographers and a special pass is required for access. All passes may be subject to artist approval.
